Description of Issue

Cannot connect to Tidal. When I look into Tidal from Roon I get a success message but then Roon is telling my my subscription is invalid.

Thanks for reaching out about this and sorry about the trouble.

If you log into TIDAL directly, could you please try playing a whole track (not just 30 seconds)? Does that work?
