Tidal tracks are not available

Everything has been working fine for several weeks until today. Now when I try to play a song from one of my playlists through Roon I get the warning " this track is not currently available from TIDAL " this happens with everything I tried to play. What can I do to correct this?

Hi Warren,

Some things to check / do:

  • Could you confirm you internet connection is working?
  • Is the Tidal desktop application working?
  • In Roon try loging out and then back in to Tidal
  • Try rebooting the Roon Core

How do you log tidal out and back in from roon?
