I have checked the diagnostic data from your account, and I see that the sync completed successfully.
I think the next step here is to enable some additional diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help in ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs? Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
We’ve not seen a response to this thread but want to ensure we follow up on the case. We’ll need a few more details in order to proceed now that verbose logging is enabled.
Are you still experiencing this problem in the Tidal tab in Roon, first off? If so, are you able to access and play Tidal content outside of this tab in Roon (like your own playlists and library items)? Have you taken any recent QNAP updates that might have changed QuFirewall settings?
Hi. Apologies for the delay as i was travel for the last few days.
I reran the test today at 06:00 GMT with the same outcome: Tidal Explore and My Tidal Collection work as expected; What’s New and Playlists do not work - they just hang with the animated logo.
I’m available for the next few days for further testing as required.
