· Trying to identify an issue and fix with the Roon/Tidal interface which is preventing the "What's New" content from being displayed. All I see is the small Roon speaker logo (spinning wheel, if you will), which will continue to spin but never updates the "What's New" page. I am running Roon Server 2.62 build 1641 on a brand new Mac Mini server (nothing else running on it). Roon Remote is 2.62 build 1641 on a MacBook Pro. This issue happens on any Roon Remote I try (Android or iPhone mobile devices). To the best of my knowledge this issue started after the update to 2.62. All other functions appear to be working correctly with the exception of the "What's New" page never updating.

We have seen users have a better experience in the past if they change their Router’s DNS servers from the ISP provided ones to Cloudflare DNS, Quad9 or Google DNS. Can you please give this a try and let me know if it helps?
Hi Vadim, thank you for the advice. I changed the router DNS to Google, and the issue seems to have cleared up, however within about 2 minutes the system began to display the notice “No Audio Devices Found”, and nothing I can do is allowing the system to find the device.
I have rebooted the router, the Mac Mini (Roon server) and all Roon Clients trying to connect and the main device (only device) will still not show up as an audio device in Roon.
I am not clear on what changing the DNS server could do to cause this. Any advice is greatly appreciated, as at the moment I am stuck with no ability to play music via Roon.
