Description Of Issue
Roon will not connect to my Tidal account. It did so quite happily for the last 18 months. Now it won’t recognise my Tidal password which is correct
Re boot the Roon core if you haven’t already done so
To do that do I just disconnect from my iMac in the General section on Settings. And then reconnect
I don’t know on a Mac. I use QNAP and just re start the App. A re boot of computer would do it

Hi @Mark_Smith1,
Often times a reboot of the Core machine will resolve this issue. Can you try giving the Mac a reboot and let us know if that yields any change?
Thanks!
After rebooting the mac won’t connect to the Core at all

Hi @Mark_Smith1,
Just to verify, the Mac is the Core machine, correct? Or is the Mac a remote connecting to a different Core?
When you try to launch Roon on the Core machine what are you seeing? Can you share a screenshot?
