Tidal won't stream through Roon to iPad Pro

Hi, I am trying to use my iPad as a Roon endpoint to listen to music through Focal Clears. Whether I plug them in via my Dragonfly Cobalt or just try to play Tidal through the iPad speakers, I get the Tidal streaming error message. This is also happening less often with my music library.

My home network is fast - over 500Mbps over Eero. Any suggestions?

I would raise this in the support category. When you do that you are asked to fill in a form with details of your system, without detail no one will be able to diagnose what is wrong.
