Hello @William_Haaf,

Thanks for the report — we’ll need a bit more detail to understand what’s happening here.

Could you please clarify the following:

  • Is the SSD internal (installed inside the Titan) or an external USB drive?
  • If it’s an internal SSD:
    • Was it formatted using the Titan Web UI, or was it pre-formatted on another computer?
    • Do you know what file system it currently has (e.g. ext4, NTFS, exFAT)?
  • If it’s a USB SSD:
    • Does it show up under Settings → Storage at all, even as unavailable?
    • Has it ever been recognized by the Titan before, or never at all?

If you’ve already tried multiple SSDs, please also let us know:

  • Whether this is a new Titan setup or something that stopped working after previously functioning

Once we have these details, we can advise on the correct next steps

This is a new Titan. It’s had three ssd’s installed and it did not recognize any of the through the gui. I’ve been through this loop already. I was told this was forwarded to the RMA department. I haven’t heard anything in a week. Refund or replace.

@vadim Context:

You were asked to contact the RMA department through the contact form, see the post linked above that’s pointing to your older thread

Hi @William_Haaf !

I have just checked your RMA Ticket and pushed through them.
