Some titles in some of my playlists show the message “Title not available”. What could be the reason?

It’s likely that Qobuz has changed out this particular album for another version/release, possibly because of changed licensing from BIS.

When this happens, it breaks the entries in your Playlists, because they are a hard link to the original track/album. You can edit your Playlist to use the new album tracks - it is certainly known in Qobuz:
