Description of Issue

This morning I turned on my system and it sounded fantastic when I played a playlist from Qobuz. I took a short break and when I returned, no matter what I chose to play, it would skip through the tracks of an album or playlist ultimately saying “Too many failures. Stopping Playback”–leaving me with no music to listen to. Help!! What should I do to fix this?

Have you tried the good old standard of rebooting things?
Also you can try to log out of Qobuz inside of Roon, reboot the Roon Core machine then log back into Qobuz inside of Roon once all running again.

It appears that my OpticalRendu has disappeared from the list of devices in Roon->Settings->Audio. I’m not sure how to get it back on the list.

The fact that the OpticalRendu is no longer listed under Audio Devices appears to be the main problem. Can someone help me get it back on the list? Thank you in advance.

I disconnected the OpticalRendu from the wall socket (hard reset) and that seemed to fix the problem. Thank you
