Top Tracks not appearing in artist view

This problem is occurring both when using a Macbook Air or a new Roon Nucleus+ on latest FW. (I tried both to see if it was the core)

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

Not applicable to this problem – same for all devices

This is a follow up to Zendesk ticket 162255. I was directed to share here.

I cannot see any of the top tracks for artists. Instead, I can only see their albums and singles. This seems like a bug to me – and it’s a different experience than what the agent in the ticket had (i.e. they could see all of Bob Marley’s top tracks).

We are aware of some situations where Top Tracks is not currently displaying on an artist’s page — We are hoping to have a solution for this soon! Apologies for the inconvenience.
