If I install Roon Remote on a Windows PC, will I get touchscreen functionality if I then use an Android monitor?

Roon Core (aka RoonServer or Roon without a GUI) can exist happily on the same system as Roon installed as a client. If you have a Windows Roon Core and you install Roon Android on your Note 4, you can indeed use the Note 4’s touchscreen. Or if you plug a touchscreen into a Windows machine, as long as the touchscreen has drivers for windows and windows itself can utilize touch, then Roon can as well.
