Hello, recently the track/album cover art has been displayed at a reduced size on my iPhone remote. This happens whenever I pause and restart playback and it seems to coincide with the latest Roon update. I've shut down and restarted the endpoint (Small Green Computer sonicTransporter i5) as well as deleted and reinstalled the Roon remote app on the iPhone. This issue seems to only be occurring with the remote app.

Thank you for the report. The team has activated diagnostic logging on the affected Roon Remote to capture the event. If the timestamp from your screenshot isn’t included in the next logset to automatically upload to our servers, we’ll likely require an additional data point.

Please let us know when you next encounter this symptom with artwork on your iPhone and the name of the album that was playing.

Thanks Connor, it just happened again. The album is Neon Wilderness by The Verve, streaming from Qobuz. The date/time stamp is 8/13/2024, 9:30AM EST.

Sorry for they delay - we’re still not able to connect to your Roon instance on your iPhone. Could you send over a set of manual Roon logs from the device, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader.
