The problem keeps cropping up – I haven't had it for a long time, but since the last update it's come back: It keeps happening that when transitioning from one track to another, the beginning of the new track is skipped. Sometimes whole tracks are dropped. This is independent of the album that is currently playing. If I go back and listen to the album again, the problem either doesn't occur at all or occurs with a different track. It also seems to be independent of the album being played, sometimes it happens to any album, sometimes it doesn't, so it's completely unpredictable and unreliable to reproduce. Nevertheless, it's completely unacceptable, and I'd like to know what I can do about it.
Describe your network setup
WLAN (I don’t know wha to write here)
EDIT: I forgot to make it clear that the problem has only reappeared since the last update. As nothing has changed in my configuration for months, this can be ruled out as the cause.
Hi @Werner_Hintze,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. The support team works Monday through Friday during business hours in the United States. Additionally I should note that we are on break Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday this week.
Now to your problem with track transitions. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.
However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.
First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.
It’s not with Qobuz tracks only. It’s with local files too. @Daniel: No, I can’t reproduce this because it happens sometimes and sometimes not. Last time I announced this problem I send you the data about the moment when it happened and got no helpful comment. I guess it would be now the same. I have no time to play this play agin and again. Ih think it must be posible to build a software which works s expected without letting the client pay for finihing it.
Can you please let us know the exact local date + time + track when you next observe this behavior? This should allow us to enable diagnostics for your account and review the logging for clues, thanks!
