Tracks/albums splitting

I’ve run Roon for 2yrs and the last 6mths my albums are splitting moving a random track into a new album - what is the best way to reset my complete library?

Can you share a screenshot of Settings > Storage?

Is it always one track that is split out into its own album? Is it always a specific track (i.e. the last track) or does it vary?

Thanks for the pointer, seems somewhere along the line I added my itunes library with my original music folder - I don’t recall adding it but there is plenty of duplicates and single tracks from albums. Disabling itunes folder from scan helped the most - thanks.
