Describe the issue

After a backup through dropbox the numbers tracks in my playlist are for 80 % unavailable. The data albums are accessible the are in the music folder.

Describe your network setup

Starling connected with a netgear switch. From the switch wired to a Antipodes K50 with a ssd where the music is stored on

Hi @Remco_Pool,

Thank you for your post.

Just to clarify, you’re able to access your local music files via a file browser on your network, but the local storage location is inaccessible to Roon? Are we correct in understanding that these files are stored on the Antipodes’ local drive, not in a separate network storage location on the network?

Please first share a screenshot of your Roon Settings → Storage page.

Restart RoonServer for due diligence in the meantime.

If any streaming tracks are missing in addition to locally-stored music, then also sign out and in of streaming services in the Settings → Services tab in Roon.

Hi thanks for looking into the problem.
I hope that I understand what you are asking,
yes the music is on the antipodes I inserted a ssd in the slot of the Antipodes,
I can acces my music but the problem is in the playlist there it says that some tracks are unavailable, when I click on the tree dots on the right side and click on album it says that the album is not available.
But when I go to the library and look for the album then it’s there and the track also. see Adele 21.
In the storage page Roon there are maps which are new for me.
At home I use the Antipodes as core. When Sam on vacation I use a MacBook Pro with a portable G Drive SSD.
Hopefully the info is ok.

Hey @Remco_Pool,

Thanks for the follow-up! Your last screenshot likely pinpoints the source of your issue:

It looks like after you restored your database from your backup, the location of your library may have changed since you performed the backup, and you’ll need to edit the location paths to align them with your current library location.

You can do this by clicking the three dots to the right of your storage paths > edit > browse and you should be able to select your library folders. :+1:

Thanks for helping
