On my iPhone Roon app my qobuz playlists tracks can’t be played as they are ‘unavailable’. But i am able to see and play the same Playlist tracks can’t i hv tried to log off from Roon and qobuz. Nothing seems to work

Thanks for writing in! Sorry to hear about your qobuz loading issues on your iPhone. I see the playlist is 1k + tracks, to confirm, if you remain on this page for a bit longer than expected, do the tracks ever become available?
If you make a local copy of this same playlist, do the tracks become available?
From a recent diagnostic report from your Roon Server, we’re seeing continuous packet loss occurring around the same time the iPhone loses connection to your server.
Does this issue happen when you aren’t playing audio to your sonos setup?
If you navigate to your iPhone settings>Privary and security>Local network, is Roon toggled on?
Lastly, if you use Roon Arc, do you run into the same issue?
What happens if your force a manual sync under Roon Settings>Service>Qobuz?
