Hey , Im having some issues playing music they only play for 30sec then the track just switch to the next or just stops playing. Secondly I've been having problems with Roon arc and the connection with the Roon server they dont sync and they dont connect , need some help to solve these problems been like this since the initial date of purchase so havent really been able to make use or enjoy this system and I feel I payed a lot of money for it to crash like this and dont work. This is the main reason why Im reaching out now for some assistens and maybe even renew or prolong my subscription cause I havent been able to use this system since I payed for it.

(Here I am with a brain the size of a planet and they ask me to pick up a piece of paper. Call that job satisfaction? I don't.)

Are you using TIDAL when playback skips after 30 seconds?
This is a limitation of their trial accounts.

As my colleague states Tidal trial/free accounts just do not work.
However the 30 second soundbytes are also indicative of any streaming service, Qobuz and Tidal not being recognised inside of Roon regardless if they work outside of Roon.
Please check your streaming service login credentials inside of Roon.
We can see that you have signed to Roon with trial subscription of tidal which is limited to 30 seconds of playback. You’d need to upgrade your Tidal plan in order to play full song.
Regarding Roon ARC:
Can you please go to the Roon Desktop app and test Roon ARC connection like on the screenshot below and share same screenshot from your side to us ?
Just to reiterate, you’ll need to ensure that you’ve signed into an active Tidal/Qobuz subscription within Roon. First verify your account on Tidal and Qobuz’s websites. Next, navigate to Settings → Serivces in Roon and sign out/back into both accounts
Concerning port forwarding, we’ll need to see the error message requested by my colleague @alex_h in the post above in order to know what’s specifically wrong.
However, most troubleshooting cases are covered in this article:
The common blocker is CG-NAT, at the level of your ISP, or the presence of a second active router in the network pathway from RoonServer to the internet. Both are different cases of a second NAT layer. The article lists specific instructions for how to cirucmvent the extra NAT layer, depending on whether its at the level of a second router or your ISP.
An alternative to port forwarding is to use Tailscale:
