Hey @David_Schlotterbeck,

Thanks for the report and the screenshot.

What you’re seeing with “Night Keys” is usually down to how playlist entries work: Roon stores a reference to one specific Qobuz release. If that release gets pulled, region-restricted, or replaced by a newer edition, the entry stops playing, even though the same song is still licensed via a different release. That’s why the track plays from your other playlist, which points at a release that’s still live.

A few things to try and a few questions:

  1. Open the For Days album in Roon and play “Night Keys” from there. Does it play? Also check the album’s Versions screen, is there more than one release?
  2. Try adding that same track to a playlist in the Qobuz app itself. If it fails there too, the issue is on Qobuz’s side and they’ll need to sort the catalog entry.
  3. Open “Extreme Demo” on desktop or tablet and look for the Improve button at the top. The Unavailable Tracks option will search your library and Qobuz for working replacements, this is the fastest way to repair a 58-track playlist in one pass.
  4. Go to Settings → Services → Qobuz, sign out and back in to refresh the connection, and confirm your subscription tier and account region.
  5. Was “Extreme Demo” created in Roon, or imported from Qobuz? And did you ever build any of it while subscribed to Tidal?
  6. Your BR500 supports VPN tunnels, is one active? If your traffic exits in a different country, Qobuz will serve a different regional catalog and some releases will show unavailable.

For the “doesn’t match streaming service” message, could you grab a screenshot of it and let me know exactly what you were doing when it appeared? That’ll help me pin down which check is firing. :folded_hands:

Hey @David_Schlotterbeck,

Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to try playing “Night Keys” directly from the For Days album, check whether there are multiple Versions for that release, and see if the same track adds and plays in the Qobuz app? We also asked about the Improve button on Extreme Demo for the Unavailable Tracks pass, plus a Qobuz sign-out and sign-in to refresh the account region and subscription details, so let us know what you found there. If you have a screenshot of the “doesn’t match streaming service” message and a note on what you were doing when it appeared, that would help us narrow it down. Please reply with any updates or questions.
