I have some problems with my installation of the core on my qnap so I went back to a linux installation with the core on it.
My music is still being share from my qnap, but now I am facing another issue.
After placing new audio files on the share (smb) the core does not find them, I have to force a manual rescan.
Not impossible to do, but annoying.
Is it possible to trigger the rescan from command line?
If there is an option I can create a cron job performing the trigger.
Ofcourse I could restart the core every 5 minutes but that is not the best thing to do
