Trouble connecting to ELAC discovery on Windows 11 with Roon Core recognized (ref#LRYH9N)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble logging in

· I can't log into the Roon app

Windows 11. It recognizes core. Build 1.7 I believe. ELAC discovery shows up on my network. I have had trouble for some time now.

Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Unfortunately build 1.7 is quite out of date and no longer being supported. Can you update to build 2.0? Additionally according to our records the license associated with this account is expired. Do you have a current license?

How do I get a current license? Also it says I have current build so how do update?

Sorry for any confusion - it appears that you had previously had Roon Essentials, which is a different service provided by Elac directly, and not something we support unfortunately.
