Thanks for writing in to ask us about this issue. Unfortunately build 1.7 is quite out of date and no longer being supported. Can you update to build 2.0? Additionally according to our records the license associated with this account is expired. Do you have a current license?
Sorry for any confusion - it appears that you had previously had Roon Essentials, which is a different service provided by Elac directly, and not something we support unfortunately.
