I’m having a trouble when trying to connect Tidal Service in my roon app on Mac os. This is new as I was connected before and somehow, I was disconnected and can’t reconnect. My Tidal Account is valid and it works on it’s own.
Is anyone having the same issue ?

Could you please share with us the screenshot of the problem you are facing and which error does it indicate ?
Also, in case you have your Tidal account set up for SSO login (login with google or apple account etc.) please make sure to log in to it separately and set a valid password and login to it prior signing in to it in Roon.

Here are the screenshots I have each time I try to link my Tidal account. It’s not a SSO login. I tried to log in Tidal on my browser before, and I had the same thing.

If you could, please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader? Once logs have been uploaded, please let us know so that we can check the server for your files, thanks!
Are you referring to accessing the Tidal web app directly? Have you tried updating your password directly within Tidal itself?

Are we correct in interpreting from your last post that you’re unable to login to the Tidal account page in a browser? Your original post seems to indicate that the Tidal native app player works without issue - is that correct?
Do you have any third-party network security (firewalls, anti-virus, etc) that might be blocking upstream requests to Tidal’s servers? This would include the Windows Defender firewall or any firmware security on a NAS.
Please try disabling any content blockers in your browser temporarily, as well. If you rely on a consumer VPN on this computer, try disabling it or changing the geolocation.
