Hi @Wim_van_Slooten ,
Thanks for trying the OS reinstall. The next step here would be to try ROCK with a fresh database, can you please give this a try?
Stop RoonServer from running in ROCK’s WebUI
Navigate to your Roon’s Database Location
Find the folder that says “RoonServer”
Rename the “RoonServer” folder to “RoonServer_old”
Restart the RoonServer in the WebUI to generate a new Roon database folder
Restore your database from a backup (optional)
Sorry for the delay. This works, however I had to reset the password after that logging in seems to work.
I will now try to restore the database from a backup.

Thanks for the update @Wim_van_Slooten , do let us know how it goes!
Hi Noris, I succesfully did a restore, but am not authorised to use the ROCK, cause another device(?) is authorized now. What to do, I don’t want to unauthorize the ROCK?
I seem to have to buy another license, but I’m only using one Core.
Hi Noris,
Okay, I unauthorized the Core and my old account is back in business. This was really a tough period. Thanks very much for your assistance!

Hi @Wim_van_Slooten ,
Yes, you are free to un-authorize and re-authorize your Cores as much as you want, but you can only have one active Core at a time. Since you were just using another instance of ROCK, that message is expected behavior.
Happy to hear you resolved the issue!
