Can’t log onto my account for the last 4 days. Have rebooted Computer and router to no avail. Running Windows 10.

Thanks for writing in! It looks like your Roon Server (running on your windows 11) hasn’t been online for a few days. Can you confirm you’ve got it running?
With that, can you confirm Roon has all the proper exceptions listed in your windows firewall? They are:
roonserver.exe
raatserver.exe
roonbridge.exe
roonappliance.exe
A good test is to temporarily disable your windows firewall and see if your problem continues.
If you’re still having issues after the above, please provide more information around the issue - at what point does the login sequence fail for you? Are you able to access the web browser authenticator? Or, is the failure afterwards and you are not taken back to Roon?

Disabled fire walls temporarily and it now seems to load, thankfully, with all our playlists intact. Will let you know if any further issues.

It’s safer to add Roon’s processes listed above by @benjamin to the safelist in the firewall.
Disabling the firewall exposes the machine and is not recommended.
Firewalls turned back on after roon came back online and correct exe. files are now in safe list.
