Thanks for writing in and for your report! What issues are you having specifically?
Do you see lights on the back of your Nucleus? While it’s powered on and connected to your router, see if you can access the webUI:
If not, plug the Nucleus into a monitor via HDMI while still powered on and connected to your router, and let us know what you see.
