Trouble with TIDAL login [Resolved - Reboot]

My Tidal would not login either. It was my company account and I thought someone changed the PW so I tried logging in with my Personal account and it still will not let me log in. It says Network Error. Also it will not load my account info in the Account Tab in Settings…“Error retrieving account information” Using Roon Nucleus with USB output to my Dac in Preamp. Network is Apple wired ethernet. My system has been working fine before this

Often times this behavior can be resolved with a reboot of the Core machine. Can you give that a try and let me know if there is any change here?


The reboot fixed it all
