Troubleshoot [Resolved]: Fiio M11+ Physical Buttons Not Working

Since the past week or so, the physical buttons on my Fiio M11+ have stopped providing inputs to the Roon (apps). They still work with the other apps (Tidal, etc.) and the hold switch is not enabled.

This applies to all 3 whether or not I have the app loaded in the foreground/background:

  1. Roon Arc
  2. Roon Client/Remote App
  3. Roon Ready Fiio App interface

If I had Spotify/Tidal open previously, pressing one of the media buttons actually interrupts Roon playback and activates Spotify because Spotify is seeing the Play/Next/Etc. input.

@C_cads - Hi Cads. Just did a test with the physical buttons on my M11+ - works just fine for me.

Hmm well I just cleared the cache of all 3 apps and now it seems to be working again. Thanks for the reply!
