Thanks for writing in! Are you able to log into Tidal directly?

Do you run into the same issue if you temporarily disable the firewall on the windows 11 running Roon Server?

My Tidal login works fine, it’s just not transferred back to Roon. My Roon server is Rock, it runs on linux. Everything was working fine until two weeks ago. It was not triggered by any Roon updates either, it just stopped working. I have not made any changes on the server or any of the clients or the network that could have caused this error.

I’d still test out temporarily disabling the firewall on your windows or mac remote and see if the same issue persists. I’d also double-check any pop up blockers from your web browser settings, as well as test a different web browser if possible.

If the issue still persist from the above, could you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

After sending the logs folder over, lets also clear your Tidal cache and attempt another login:

  • Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs

Nothing helps, tested everything that you suggested, no change, Tidal login still not working. Have uploaded the logs, user id Goran_Cukovic

Any news? Not a word after I’ve submitted log files. Let me know if anyone is looking at this issue, or should I proceed with finding an alternative to Roon. Thanks!

Sorry for the long response time. I requested diagnostics from your Roon server. Can you turn on your server for a few minutes so the request can go through. Once we have the logs we can continue troubleshooting.
