Remote device does not connect

Describe your network setup

Roon core running on pc. Ethernet cable to Hegel H190 amp. Both connected to same up address and work fine. Roon app loaded on iPhone 12 min set to same Wi-Fi and ip. Will not connconnect.

To confirm, do you see your windows 10 running Roon Server on your iPhone, when selecting your Roon Server? What specifically is occurring when you mention you’re not able to connect?

If you temporarily disable your Windows firewall, does the same issue occur?

Does the same issue occur if you open and attempt to use Roon Arc?

If possible, could you please reproduce the issue, and then use the directions found here and send over a set of Roon Server logs to our File Uploader?
