Thanks for the screenshots — they’re very helpful.

From what we can see, the SMB share is already successfully mounted on the NAS itself (e.g. /mnt/tank/music). Because of this, you don’t need to add it as a Network Share in Roon.

Instead, please do the following in Roon:

  1. Go to Settings → Storage
  2. Choose Add Folder
  3. Select the local path where the share is mounted (for example: /mnt/tank/music)
  4. Add it as a local storage location

Let us know once you’ve added it as a local folder and whether the music starts importing correctly

To retirate: if the OS has already mounted the drive, then you can simply point Roon to the location as if it were a local file folder.

Diagnostics for your account indicate that you might have added a local storage location, but we’re not able to confirm if you’re still having issues after trying what @vadim suggested.
