TV: Remote Extension Problem

Cannot get to play/pause button or skip forward/back on Apple TV 4K TV: Remote extension.
I can navigate everywhere else but cannot highlight those buttons to control playback.
Using TV: Remote 1.2.7 AppleTVOS 18.0 with latest version of root with server on Mac-Studio.
Thanks for any help. This worked until recently.
