You ought to try a REL before you fully commit…
I have two RELs. Your new little woofer is a much better idea. Please post photos as he grows.
Ah… I see…
Wilson WATT/Puppy
A natural selection, based on the intended purpose of the funds!
That is very good.
But, actually as a lifetime Phish phan Wilson has something more of a personal bit of fun.
Sinful Skinful-a yr old on the 5th.
Are his eyes blue or grey? Looks like a sweetheart.
Blue. I am not allowed to get him until at least Monday. Hard to wait.
AFAIK, puppies’ eyes, like all human babies’ eyes are blue to begin with. It was certainly the case for Watson…
No. Puppies eyes are usually brown when they first open, with maybe a blue cast. However, your dog lacks eye pigment. Hence blue eyes in the first phot and pale as an adult. They should be dark brown. It matters not unless it causes problems down the line but I don’t think so. One of my Lhasa Apso pups had brilliant blue eyes which he kept. This was a fault but I sold for twice the price as it is rare! Most breeders would have either put him down or gave him away in secret. Not me. I then wrote an article about how the blue eyes come about (by breeding particolour to particolour for too many generations). It really set the cat amongst the dogs!
The breeders who were dishonest and hid the problem were furious with me.
One of the saddest days of my life…after living with my best friend for almost 12 years, walking every day usually 3.5 miles…in the last 3 weeks he has gone from 3.5 miles walks to barely being able to walk…I’ve never seen a dog decline so quickly …will be put to sleep today …he has an inoperable tumor that prevents him a bowel movement. …confirmed with an X-RAY yesterday.
Give all your pets a big hug today and appreciate their presence inside your home!
I am so sorry you had to say goodbye. My most sincere condolences.
Stunning!
Hard to know whether to press the on this one, but have always enjoyed your photos of him over the years.
I am very sorry for your loss, but over time the good memories will remain.
I am sorry.
So sorry to hear that, I know your pain keenly.
A tough decision but he will be at peace and pain free.
You have your memories together forever.
At least you are with him to the end and he knows how loved he was/is.
It’s always tough when the moment is reached when it’s time to say farewell to a loved pet, but it’s for the best, and you will still have the memories of all the good times you shared.
I am so so sorry. Nothing can replace our furry friends. Take care and our thoughts are with you.
