Thanks for passing this along.
I use Ubiquiti gear. When this happened, Ubiquiti had everyone change their passwords, and mandated 2 factor authentication for web account access.
I hope that takes care of the issue going forward, but no way to know if any damage was done to users.
Ouch. I use Ubiquiti but only for switches and access points. Any internet traffic is through a Fritzbox, which I trust more than anything else in this respect.
