Unable add Tidal’s album

About a week ago, I can’t add Tidal’s album anymore, but Qobuz can.

I had tried reinstall ROCK OS and reconnect Tidal, but it still not work.

Moved to Support for proper visibility.

Something is wrong here because the album shows with “Length: 0 sec” and there’s clearly some kind of connection issue. The same album shows normal length for me with Tidal. I have no idea what could cause the album to show but no tracks to be loaded.

I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

This issue happens with KKbox too. It works well with Qobuz.

Thanks for the video @Richard_Lai , I am able to reproduce the issue with that album on my end as well, I will check with the team to investigate further.
