Diagnostics indicate that this Nucleus is online and can reach our servers without issue - can you please clarify the browser URL you’re using to reach the web administration page?

Make sure you’ve added Roon to the list of local network access-enabled applications in Privacy & Security on any MacOS remotes in this network.

If the switch in your network setup is managed, where does it stand relative to the Nucleus in the connection topology?

Good morning, thx for responding. I get into it using chrome , issue seems to be with safari but chrome is hit and miss as well, for years this was not an issue not sure what has changed or can troubleshoot more than I know to do so far?

Are you by any chance using multiple networking interfaces on your Mac (both Ethernet + WiFi)? Are you able to access the Web Interface as expected from another device (such as an iPhone/Android remote) and the issue only impacts the Mac?
