Description of Issue

Old core SSD failed so unable to access to deauthorize old core install.
Need to be allowed to access new core instance.

The authorizations are on the Roon server. You can unauthorize the old core from the new core. No need to access the old core.

Ben with the support team here, I wanted to check in on this thread to see if you were able to get things sorted out? Jim is right in that you should be able to deauthorize from your new core.
