Describe the issue

My ROON server is on a NUC. I access it from my iPad and my Android phone, normally without any issue. I subscribe to both Tidal and Qobuz. Since Tuesday April 7 I have been able to access only Tidal. Efforts to access Qobuz return an error message that says "Upgrade your Qobuz account". I have a fully paid up one-year subscription to Qobuz yet I can no longer access it.

Describe your network setup

My NUC is fed directly from my Starlink router via a single cable, nothing in between.

Hi @jayteesimpson18,

Please first reboot your RoonServer to erase any stale sessions and clear cached data. Next, sign into your Qobuz account directly in a web browser on any device.

From there, sign out of Qobuz in Roon in Settings → Services. Then sign back in using the same credentials.

Let us know if this helps.

Hey, @jayteesimpson18,

Wanted to follow up on this. Were you able to reboot your Roon Server, sign into Qobuz in a web browser, and then sign out and back into Qobuz in Roon under Settings → Services? Let us know what you’re seeing, thanks.

Hi @jayteesimpson18,

Are you still encountering any Qobuz login issues on these devices? We haven’t seen a response here for some time and this thread is at risk of auto-closing if it doesn’t receive another response.

Another suggestion would be to ensure a reliable DNS server is assigned in your router settings. This is usually under a dedicated tab called “DNS” or similar in the router admin. We recommend assigning Cloudflare (1.1.1.1). This helps Roon resolve the URL associated with the Qobuz login. It might not help in this particular case, but it will prevent issues like this from occurring moving forward.

Let us know if we can assist further. Thank you!
