Unable to access Roon due to server software not running (ref#EYMJGH)

Is Roon Server running?

· Yes, Roon Server is turned on and running.

What do you see on your screen?

· "Waiting for your Roon Server"

What happens if you press the "Select a different Roon Server" button?

· I don't see Roon Server.

Please try to restart your network setup by unplugging, waiting 30 seconds and then replugging in your networking gear.

Please select how you've connected your Roon Server to the internet

· Roon Server is connected by *Ethernet*

Have you checked your firewall settings to ensure that Roon is allowed through?

Could you please check if you can access the Nucleus Web Administration Interface (Web UI) by entering the following address into your browser:

http://192.168.0.143/

Also, please try to see if you can access the internal storage of your Nucleus from your file browser:

If you’re unable to access either of these, please connect your Nucleus directly to a TV or monitor via HDMI, take a photo of what appears on the screen, and share it with us. This will help us determine the current state of your device.

If you’re running Roon on Windows, please verify that RoonServer.exe, RoonAppliance.exe, RAATServer.exe, and any other Roon-related processes you see are added as safelist items in the Windows Defender firewall.
