Unable to access Roon remotely via ARC despite proper setup (ref#94DCAJ)

Helo. I can't get access remotly to my roon. I have seted up all features - allow remote acces, on Roon ARC setup everything is ok, no faults, but when I'm trying to connect via arc I can't - sometimes there is a info that server is online but I ca't connect. Smetimes the info shown is that I can't get remote access and need to change some options in setup

If both Roon Settings → ARC and the ARC Settings page itself both indicate that port forwarding is functioning, then please verify that no firewalls on your desktop or other network-connected hardware might be blocking Roon’s processes. Also disable any third-party VPNs on the phone.

Diagnostics indicate that your RoonServer might be using a Windows or Mac client machine. If that’s the case, we strongly recommend installing Tailscale for a remote access solution instead of port forwarding or other VPNs relying on different protocols.
