Hi, I am putting my Roon Rock together. I downloaded the Rock software onto my NUC SSD , it boots up but then there is a messag saying; ' Roon can be accessed by opening any Roon Remote product. If you dont see this device here, check ''Roon OS devices on your network''. Then the IP address of the Web UI follows... and nothing further happens. My current Roon server resides on my PC which I now what to move over to the Rock

Describe your network setup

I run an Amazon Eero6 router at just under 1Gbps into a Netgear 24port switch. Both my current pc and NUC are hard wired. (Roon Arc successfully configured also)

That is all you get. There is no GUI on a ROCK machine, it is meant to be a headless (no monitor) server which gets accessed by clients run on another PC, or your phone or tablet.
