Hey @k.laszlo102, welcome to the community, and thanks for the clear description.

This looks like Roon Server on your Synology still has an existing account association, while the iOS Remote can no longer find the server on the network. First, please open the Synology and check the Installing RoonServer on Synology with Docker guide if you set it up that way, then confirm that Roon Server is actually running on the NAS and that your iPhone, Windows PC, and Synology are all on the same local network.

If Windows still shows the “already signed in” message after that, we can try to unauthorize the previous server and then reauthorize it. You can swtich between servers as often as you’d like but you can only have one active per subcription.

Thank you, and let us know what you find.

Hey @k.laszlo102,

Just checking in on this. Were you able to confirm that Roon Server is still running on the Synology and that your iPhone, Windows PC, and NAS are on the same local network, including the Docker setup if that is how it’s installed? If you are still seeing the “already signed in” message on Windows, we can pick up from there and look at the account association next, so please reply with whatever you’re seeing now.
