Unable to access Roon Server with Nucleus Titan after system issues (ref#1QWDS7)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

Tell us what's going on

· I cannot access the Roon Server. This started on Monday, February 23, 2026. Yesterday, I could reach the server, but no songs are available. I just tried again today, February, 25th and still no songs are available. I understand Roon was having issues and your systems are being worked on. How many more days will Roon be out of commission. I just upgraded to the Nucleus Titan and would like to take advantage of it for what I spent. Please advise when your system will be up and running again. I at least can use my Tidal Connect and Qobus Connect while I wait. Thank you. Victor P. Magliano

· EERO Pro 7. My network works fine. This is a Roon System problem.

Hi @Victor_Magliano ,

Thank you for reaching out.

We understand how frustrating it is to set up a new, premium device and not have access to your music library, especially with the recent service updates we’ve been having.

I’ve reviewed the diagnostic logs from your Nucleus Titan, and I have some good news: your database and account are safe. The issue you are experiencing with missing songs is actually due to a local network error.

The logs show repeated Network is unreachable errors starting on Monday, February 23rd. This means your Nucleus Titan is physically losing its connection to your router or the outside internet. Because it cannot reach the web, it’s unable to authorize your machine or sync your Tidal and Qobuz libraries, which is why your tracks are missing.

To get your Titan fully up and running, please try the following steps:

  1. Check the Ethernet Connection: Please verify the Ethernet cable connecting your Nucleus Titan to your router or switch. If possible, try using a different cable or plugging it into a different port on the router.
  2. Restart Your Network: Turn off your router for about 2 minutes, then turn it back on.
  3. Reboot the Nucleus Titan: Once your network is back online, please reboot your Nucleus Titan through the Web Administration Interface.
  4. Reconnect Streaming Services: Once the Titan is back on, open Roon, go to Settings > Services, and log out and back into both Tidal and Qobuz. This will force the system to resync your libraries.
The recent Roon cloud issues should not be affecting your library loading at this stage, so once the Titan has a stable internet connection, everything should populate correctly.

Please let us know how it goes or if you need help with any of these steps.

Thanks.

I followed steps 2 thru 4 and Roon is working now. Did not need to worry about step 1 as there is no problem with my wired network. Thank you for your help. Now I know what to do if it happens again!
