Unable to access Tidal features on Roon Nucleus One (ref#HR9A95)

· Hi, I have used my Roon Nucleus One for about a year and it’s very nice. I use Tidal as the streaming service platform and can enjoy to use all their functions. However, about several weeks ago, I can’t use some of their functions in Roon and those are mainly required regular update such as ‘What’s New or Playlists (see photo below). In this respect, I would like to seek your advice how this issue can be solved.

unfortunately, we cannot access your diagnostics report so we’d like to ask you to upload it manually for us here.

In order to find folder with Logs please find folder called “Logs” in “RoonServer” location and send it over to us.

More details on how to access your database location here.

Also, considering your location we may suggest that your issue might potentially be resolved by enabling or changing VPN or its settings.
