Unable to activate Nugs.net 2-week free trial on Roon (ref#6C8CX7)

· I have an active Nugs account, and want to use the Roons 2-week free offer to use Nugs on Roon. But, Roon tells me I am not logged onto Nugs, and there is no link for the 2-week free Nugs trial.

Thanks for reaching out! Just to confirm, you were able to install Roon, and everything is working correctly on the Roon side, but you are having issues redeeming the trial for nugs? If so, please see:

I can’t sign ​up for the 60-day nugs trial due to a ‘User validation failed’ error

If you are having trouble claiming the trial offer, please try the following: 

  1. In your web browser, open an “incognito tab” and close your main browser
  2. Try again to redeem your 60-day trial offer, and confirm it opens in the incognito window
If that doesn’t work, try again in about 30 mins. If that doesn't help, get in touch with our Technical Support team.
