Describe the issue

I have an internal drive on my roon nucleus. I am unable to add stored music to the drive. For some reason the nucleus cannot locate the correct drive or I cannot add the music content to the drive.

Describe your network setup

My network provider is virgin, I have a eero mesh, a roon nucleus and a Samsung internal hard drive.

Hi @Eric_Jackson,

We’re attempting to pull up diagnostics for this Nucleus but it’s having trouble reaching out servers. Can you please share a screenshot of the following?

1. The Nucleus Web admin page in a browser from another device on your network

2. The Settings → Storage page in Roon.
