Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Trying to access NUGS under services but it’s not these and I don’t know how to add it. Help pls?

· Network not a problem. Roon working fine just want access to NUGS

Have you updated Roon server and all apps to the latest version, i.e., 2.61?

Thanks for writing in and sharing your case! From what @mjw mentioned above, I can see you’ve updated properly to 2.61 - are you still having issues?

We’ve also just released a hotfix for a few account-related hiccups after the initial launch. Feel free to update again, and let us know if you still have issues.

Our diagnostics servers show that your Roon Server machine is now running the latest Roon version (2.61, or build 1641).
