Can't add QNAP NAS's share file location

Describe your network setup

QNAP TX-i410 on same local network.

I guess Roon of ROCK trying wrong access to NAS.
IP address, path, username, password, workgroup are input correctly.

Do you have another folder that is not iTunes? I seem to remember having an issue with the iTunes folder. Maybe it’s no longer an issue. I did mine nine years ago.

Try other folder name, but same Unexpected Error.

Environment:

Sorry. Wish I could help. I set mine up nine years ago. I can’t remember the how of it anymore. Good luck getting it sorted. I could offer some suggestions but they would be guesses and would just cause you to chase your tail.

Enable SMB network on Qnap nas.

Discover you nas on networtk and check that music is on public folder:

Then in Roon select the folder using this format: \ \ Nas Name\Public

Thank you for replay.
Basic setting is already done, share folder is accessible from pc/mac.

I set SMB version 1 so that my Music folder can be displayed.
ROCK uses only SMB version 1!?

Not sure. Please check this link you may find some usefull info:

No - RoonOS (used in Nucleus and ROCK systems) supports SMBv2.
