Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Since the screenshot you shared says there is a network error let’s look at networking. Are you having any other issues with Roon?
Since you told us you are connected through ethernet; can you try using a different cord and other ethernet ports on your router? Also are you using any switches or other network hardware between your server and your router?
