Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· Music won’t play or issues with my library

· Streaming tracks greyed out or unavailable

· 2 albums (My Morning Jacket - Peacelands + Johnny Blue Skies & the Dark Clouds - Mutiny After Midnight) are unable to be added to my library via Roon + Tidal. Please assist. Thank you.

Hi @Fred_Fredburger,

Thanks for writing in! Based on the screenshot you’ve shared, I’m not seeing any indications that you’re viewing Tidal content here, this looks to be a local version.

That said, could you please safely stop Roon Server from running, and reboot your server machine? It may help to log out and log back into Tidal via Roon Settings>Services to see if that may help.

  1. I am able to browse and add albums from Tidal within Roon.
  2. I was able to add the new Black Crowes - A Pound of Feathers earlier today
  3. I cannot add albums in Tidal and have them appear in Roon.
  4. I have done all the trouble shooting you recommended several times

…these 2 albums seem to be the exception. Please advise. Thank you.
