Can't add any tidal album to my library I’ve also tried logging out and back in again, but it hasn’t changed anything. I’ve tried adding dozens of different Tidal albums without success, and I’ve been experiencing this issue for over a month now.
Qobuz albums and my local library are working just fine.
Welcome to the forum! I enabled diagnostics for your account and looking over the error logging associated with your account, it looks like your TIDAL is showing an error that you have over 10,000 favorites objects (tracks/albums) and have reached the maximum allowable.
Please note that this is not a Roon limit, but rather a limitation on the streaming service side. To resolve this issue and be able to add more content, you would need to remove some of the previously added ones. Hope this helps!
