Unable to change profile picture despite multiple attempts (ref#2M3NV9)

Tell us what's going on

· I am unable to change my profile picture. I have changed the core's DNS server to 8.8.8.8, tried a Mac laptop, apple iPhone and iPad. I have tried GIF, JPG, and JPEG and they are all under 1mb. I have reboot my router and the Roon core multiple times. Thank you.

· ISP Modem to Eero connected to a dumb switch and everything is wired.

First off, thank you for providing such a thorough list of the troubleshooting steps you have already taken. It is incredibly helpful and saves us a lot of time.

I can confirm that the issue you are experiencing is not related to your local network, your Core, or the specific image files you are using. We are currently experiencing a known issue on our end with the cloud service that handles profile picture uploads and synchronization.

Our engineering team is already aware of this and is actively working on a fix behind the scenes.

I was getting so frustrating because I kept thinking I was doing something wrong.
